Before taking the directing plunge, Jo was a multi-media practitioner who has spent years behind the camera, as photographer, digital imaging technician, camera operator, and cinematographer, trained by seasoned DOPs like Matthew Rosen, Jun Aves, and Dindo Martinez.

Beyond camera work, Jo occasionally pursues her passion for music, dance, and fashion design.
